Vintage design chairs from Hollandsche Bottom! A beautiful set of 4 original vintage Dutch design chairs from Gispen, a design by W.H. Gispen. This is an early design model 208 chair with special round loop slide. Period: 1930s - 40. Country of origin: the Netherlands. The chrome base with the bakelite armrests forms a nice contrast. Equipped with the original anthracite upholstery. They offer a comfortable, slightly resilient seating comfort. Dimensions: H 81 cm x W 54 cm x D 47 cm, seat height 46 cm, seat depth 38 cm. Given the age, these seats are in a good vintage condition. After all those years still a timeless chair that fits every interior. Beautiful for the dining room table or in a restaurant or bar.
