This PH Artichoke pendant lamp in copper / rosé arrives in the 1958 original finish used in it's original setting: the Langelinie Pavillonen.
When Henningsen designed the stunning PH Artichoke for the restaurant Langelinie Pavillonen in Copenhagen in 1958, he opted for a copper construction and covered the inside surfaces of the leaves with a rose-colored surface. In honor of his birthday, Louis Poulsen presents the PH Artichoke in just the combination that the designer originally intended. In this version, the design itself, but also the light emitted by the luminaire, spreads a very special softness and warmth.
The shade consists of 72 overlapping leaves of laser cut glass or metal in a range of finishes. The iconic design offers a100%glare-free-light and weighs 8.7 kg. on materials and color.
