This Swiss design armchair was designed for De Sede in the 1980s. It has a beech wooden frame and is covered with soft yellow leather. The lounge chair is in very good original condition and comes with a separate pillow. Characteristic of this model is that the legs are also covered in that solid leather from Desede

About the Maker

de Sede

Like many luxury leather goods brands, furniture-manufacturing company de Sede started out as a saddle-making atelier. Based in Klingnau—located in northern Switzerland near the German border—the company traces its high-end furniture production back to 1965, when the original family-run business incorporated and began to collaborate with international designers on the creation of handmade, premium-leather-clad chairs, lounges, and sofas. Over the years, de Sede’s product offering has expanded to include tables, beds, and more.
